Privacy Policy

This document determines and explains how St Anthony Trust of Hartford Inc. ("SATH", "We", "Us" or " Our Company") collects, processes, stores, shares, and/or protects any Personal Information (as defined below) and/or any other information regarding or about Users (collectively referred to as the "Information"), in accordance with the provisions of Law 25.326 on the protection of personal data, its regulatory decree, complementary rules and provisions issued by the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data.

OUR INSTITUTION CONSIDERS THE PROTECTION OF OUR USERS' PRIVACY AND THE SECURITY OF THEIR INFORMATION TO BE A PRIORITY.

 

SATH INC. RESPONSIBLE REGISTERED IN THE NATIONAL REGISTRY OF DATABASES.

By accessing and/or using SATH's online platform, applications or website (https://www.deltapsi.org) (the "Services") you consent to the collection, storage, disclosure and other uses of your Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. As set forth in the terms and conditions relating to the Services (the "T&Cs"), you must have at least reached the age of majority in order to access and/or use the Services.

All capitalized terms - whether singular or plural - that are not expressly defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the T&Cs and the documents supplementing them, as detailed in clause 1.5 of such T&Cs.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING OR ADDING ANY INFORMATION TO THE WEB SITE.

  1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT.

    • Personal Information. When you create an account with Our Company, We collect information for the purpose of identifying you ("Personal Information"). Such Personal Information may include your e-mail address, first name, last name, address and telephone number, and any other personal information that you have chosen to provide to Our Company or that you have chosen to include in your account. Our Company will also collect Personal Information that was provided by the User when entering a Work Order, Counter Order, Offer or Acceptance, Loan Request or when the User communicates with Us through any of the enabled communication channels.

    • Your Content and Communication. Our Company collects and stores all comments, communications and conversations that the User makes through the Services. When the User requests assistance from SATH's User support center, the contact information provided will be collected by Our Company, as well as information regarding the User's activity under the Services, the User's ID number, correspondence and any other information contained therein.

    • Cookies. SATH may use cookies to track your access to the Services. Such technology operates either by placing a small file that stores certain information on your computer or cell phone, and/or by accessing certain information on your device. SATH uses cookies and similar technology to recognize your device and to collect and store login data so that you do not have to log in each time you access the Services, to allow SATH to provide you with more personalized services, and to collect any other information related to your use of the Services. If you do not wish to have a cookie installed on your hard drive, you can set your computer's browser not to receive them. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and his or her computer and do not themselves provide the User's personal data, nor can they read data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other providers.

  2. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION BY SATH.

    • Data Storage. Pursuant to the provisions of sections 3 and 6 of Law 25.326, Our Company properly complies with the registration of the database of its Users before the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data and performs the corresponding annual renewals, in accordance with the regulations in force. Our Company does not collect information for any purpose other than or incompatible with the purpose set forth in this Privacy Policy or that directly or indirectly reveals sensitive data. Such information will be stored facilitating, at all times, the exercise of the rights of their owners and updated if necessary.

    • Use of Information. User acknowledges and agrees that SATH and/or service providers on its behalf, may use the information they collect, including Personal Information, for the purpose of fulfilling data processing or operational tasks, assisting or enhancing the User's experience and/or for the purpose of providing contact details to another Site User with whom a business transaction has been conducted. All information obtained in this way will be treated as confidential. Our Company does not process personal data of its Users to carry out advertising of third parties (natural or legal persons).

    • Other transfers. Our Company does not share or commercialize in any way the information of its Users, except with the express written consent of the User to do so, or as indicated in the following paragraphs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User expressly consents that SATH may transfer all or part of the Information to any of its controlled, controlling and/or related companies, guaranteeing in all cases adequate confidentiality of the transferred Information.

      For the purpose of providing its services, SATH may disclose Information to third parties with whom it has an employment or service relationship for the purpose of performing or providing administrative or other business services, such as hosting. Such third parties will have access to User Information necessary to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. In addition, they must treat the Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, respecting the confidentiality of the same at all times.

      If Our Company or most of its assets are acquired in the future by a third party, the Users' Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets, subject to the commitments acquired in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise expressly authorized by the User. The same criterion will be applied in the cases of merger, transformation, or corporate spin-off in which Our Company takes part.

      Likewise, Our Company may disclose Personal Information for other reasons to the extent permitted and/or required by any law and/or judicial resolution and/or competent administrative authority.

  3. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. SATH adopts and applies appropriate data collection, storage, and management practices and security procedures against unauthorized access, alteration, aggregation, deletion, disclosure, and/or destruction of User Information, username, email address, password, transaction information, and any other information stored on the Site. However, no information stored or transmitted over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. Accordingly, SATH does not warrant that the Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed upon breach of any of the above security measures.

  4. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION. The User may consult the Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data (or the supervisory authority that replaces it in the future), free of charge, on the existence of files, records or databases, their purposes and the identity of those responsible for them. Said agency is in charge of the National Registry of Databases, which is publicly accessible and free of charge.
    Likewise, the User has the right to access the Personal Information that Our Company collects in relation to him/her and to request the rectification, updating, suppression and confidentiality of the Information contained in the Company's databases, all in accordance with and under the terms of articles 14 and 16 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.
    Finally, the User may request, free of charge, the removal or blocking of his/her name and e-mail address from the files or databases for advertising purposes (article 27 paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326).
    If at any time the User wishes to exercise any of the aforementioned powers or wishes to obtain more information about our approach to privacy policies, please do not hesitate to contact Us through the information channel provided in point 9 of this document.

  5. LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SITES. On the Services, the User will find links to third-party websites. You understand and agree that, by clicking on any such links, any information you provide thereafter is subject to the privacy policies of such third parties and not SATH. Accordingly, SATH assumes no responsibility for the content, safety, or security of any third-party website.

  6. GENERAL TERMS. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, SATH may retain or disclose User information - even after the User has discontinued or deleted his or her account or after the provision of the Services has been terminated - for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with this Privacy Policy or any law, regulation or legal requirement; to protect or safeguard any person; to address or combat fraud and/or technical or security issues; or to protect SATH's proprietary rights.
    If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found by any court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.

  7. MODIFICATIONS TO PRIVACY POLICIES. Our Company reserves the right to revise or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. The revised Privacy Policy will be effective 5 (five) days after it is posted on the Site. SATH may, but is not obligated to, notify the User of any changes to the Privacy Policy by e-mail to the e-mail address associated with the User's account.
    It is expressly stated that the use of any of the Services, after the changes to the Privacy Policy are made, implies acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with such changes, you must refrain from using the Services and may proceed to close your User account in accordance with the provisions of the T&Cs.
    Unless otherwise stated, our current privacy policy will be applicable for all the Information that we treat linked to the User.

  8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA. The Information of the Users of Our Company is stored in servers of a third party hired by Our Company that provides the service of Cloud Computing, which for the Argentine legislation, constitutes a provision of computerized services or provision of information processing services.
    By virtue of this and in accordance with the regulations in force, Our Company: (a) carries out an international transfer of personal data and (b) states for the record that the transfer of data is made to a country that complies with the appropriate levels of protection as established by article 12 of Law 25,326 and complementary rules and that the Cloud Computing service provider adequately complies with the relevant levels of protection and security in terms of personal data in accordance with the legislation in force.
